What a ride this has been - - for you as well as us ! No one could have worked harder on our behalf than you and no one could have kept our spirits up quite like you in a terrible second home market ( it's that English characcter trait ).
We won't forget that we were very close at the end of September to taking the unit off the market until Spring and you persuaded us to leave it for two more months because of the increased interest at that time of year. I could say it was your crystal ball but know that really is was your deept knowledge of the market that helped us to reverse our decision. and arn't we glad that we did !!!
Hilton Head will always be an important vacation destination for me. For the past 6+ years, it has been a home from home for me and has sustained me through some difficult personal times.
